TransNational Payments Recognized as a 2016 Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune

TransNational Payments, an industry leader in payment processing and merchant services, has been named a 2016 Workplace Achiever by the Chicago Tribune. This honor marks the fifth year that TransNational has been recognized as part of the publication’s Top Workplaces in Chicago.

“We have a unique company culture unlike any other at TransNational, and it’s incredibly rewarding for our employees to be recognized for their selfless dedication to better our customers and industry” said Jae Haas, President of TransNational Payments. “Across the board, from our sales team to our customer service and operations staff, we excel at encouraging collaboration and professional growth within the office, and above all, make coming into work fun.”

The Rosemont based payments provider has strongly emphasized employee involvement within the community for nearly two decades. The company encourages employees to contribute to service outside the workplace, including working with several local, national, and international non-profit organizations.

TransNational was also named a top-three finalist for the Electronic Transactions Association’s 2016 ISO of the Year Award earlier this year, which spotlights companies that have made a significant difference in the payments industry. This specific recognition acknowledges TransNational Payments for their ethical practices, social responsibility, and commitment to growth in the industry.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

The Chicago Tribune published the complete list of the 2016 Top Workplaces on November 11, 2016, and is available at
