TransNational Payments, an industry leader in payment processing and merchant services, has received the Chicago Tribune’s 2015 Workplace Achiever Award. This honor marks the fourth year that TransNational has been recognized as part of the publication’s Top Workplaces in Chicago.

“Our company is a very special and unique organization where every stakeholder works tirelessly to bring extreme value to our customers”, said Jae Haas, President of TransNational Payments. “We take this responsibility very seriously and this recognition by the Chicago Tribune is a significant materialization of our culture and intentions.”

The payments provider, whose Rosemont headquarters is home to sales, operations, and customer support staff, strongly emphasizes career development and boosts employee involvement within the community. The company encourages employees to contribute to service outside the workplace, including working with several local, national, and international non-profit organizations.

“It is extremely humbling to receive validation of our hard work”, said Haas. “We are forever grateful to each and every employee for their dedication to our clients and community.”

Winners of this award were determined by employee feedback gathered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

The company was also nominated for the Better Business Bureau 2016 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics in August earlier this Fall, which recognizes businesses that display marketplace trust, support for industry best practices, and a solid commitment to day-to-day ethical business practices.

The Chicago Tribune published the complete list of the 2015 Top Workplaces on November 13, 2015, and is available at TopWorkplaces.com.
